After purchasing the software, you will be registered in Timing Solution data base. You will receive your personal username and password by e-mail. Usually it takes several hours between your payment and the registration in our data base (it may take longer during weekends and holidays). Immediately after receiving your username and password you may start working with the electronic key version of the program.

You can download the electronic key version of the software through our website http://www.timingsolution.com . Go to "User Area", it is here:

Installing the program on your computer
First of all you should install the program on your computer. To do that, choose option #1. Use this option as well if you switch to a new computer or your computer crushes and you have to reinstall Windows or when you upgrade the hardware on your computer. Download the program, install and run it. Follow the instructions on the screen to activate the program.
Upgrade
The program is changing very fast; all the time we add new features and improve the existent ones. You can install the latest version of program any time choosing option #2.
While you install the upgrade, always check the date of the upgrade. The upgrade covers ALL changes, i.e. it is cumulative.
Before any upgrade is published, you will receive the upgrade notification e-mail through TS Yahoo group. It contains a short description of the upgrade. You have no need to install every upgrade; upgrade the software when you want to do that. (Some upgrades are related to fixing the bugs in the modules of the program that you might never want to try.)
Installation CD and the protection dongle
Also you will receive by ground/air mail the package with the installation CD and the protection dongle. In other words, you will receive a second version of the program with the dongle protection, the program works only when the dongle is plugged to your computer. If you do not like working with the dongle, use the electronic key version of the software (see above). It means that actually you have got two copies of the software.
Timing Solution + Pattern Recognition users
When installing the program, you should install both software - Timing Solution and Pattern Recognition.
However, while upgrading your package, you can install the upgrade for Timing Solution only as it covers the changes in both programs. To run Pattern Recognition module, use this menu in Timing Solution:
Timing Solution is not only a program. Buying it, you become involved into the process of improving forecast abilities of our system. If you like, you always can get the newest upgrade, with improved or newly added models as well as some small useful additions at no cost. The same basic features and procedures are still there to support a compatibility to new models and modules of the program. New upgrades are available through User Area, and you can download them when it suits you..
As the program is improving constantly, it is rather hard to provide corresponding documentation in the same pace. So we have decided to put the documentation online. It is this item on the website:
