Electronic Key Support

To get the Serial number for your electronic key, run the Timing Solution program.

You will get this window (there will be only Hardware ID; the field for Username will be blank):

Choose your Username (you will be registered in our Data Base under this name). Hardware ID should be shown in this window. It is the unique number of your hardware.

To get the Serial number please fill in this form:

Type in the form your Username and Hardware ID. Then click the "Process Request" button. Within 2 business days, you will receive e-mail with Serial number for your version of the program.

Notes: You can process your request right through the Timing Solution program clicking on the button.

Be sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
