Timing Solution - June-July 2006 upgrades

These two months were a period of intensive growth for Timing Solution. Working with users, checking different forecast approaches, we did upgrades for the program almost every day. Mostly these upgrades have been devoted to new methods and techniques. I remember only one bug in the program during this period, and it has been immediately fixed. So this is the short overview that gives you the impression how Timing Solution has been developed these months.

1)  We have started Study Classes. This is the link:  http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Study/index.htm#A1   Every new user should quickly and easily learn how to use the technology provided by Timing Solution software. Actually, these Classes are a huge work. We write classes, users ask the questions, we modify the classes (and sometimes the program) to cover the question. These classes are planned to be finished in September 2006. The students should be able to use all major modules of the program and create the models. Then, after a short break, we will start a new round of Classes, on trading with Timing Solution models.

2)  Easy Cycle module. This is the link: http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Study/Easy_Cycle/e_c.doc This module is designed to create the cyclic model visually. You do not need to know the advanced math (spectrum analysis) to create this model. You draw the cycle manually and immediately observe how this cycle fits the real price movement. For me personally, this module was a big surprise; it is an example how the models that need the knowledge of the advanced math  can be resolved in an easy way.

3) Bradley Advanced module. This is the link http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Study/Bradley/index.htm  This module allows to create astronomy based models. As a first approach, you can start with the classical Bradley model.  But this model can be adjusted and optimized for any financial instrument.  The most appealing feature of this model is: it allows to create and optimize models for the short price history data.

4) Changes in SuperSearch/ULE module. We constantly improve this module. The Efficiency Test module is more powerful now. See it yourselves.
Also, we have added new features there:
- working with orbit related events (a planet in apogee, perigee, aphelion, perihelion, and others). See here the details. http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Study/Perigee/index.htm
- working with declination. We recommend to read this article first: http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Articles/Dec/index.htm  Here you will find some interesting notes regarding the classical 18-years business cycle proposed by Mc.Whirter.
- working with gravitation, tidal force and gravitational potential. See here the details: http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Study/Gravitation/index.htm

5) New indicator is added. This indicator, smoothed momentum, has been suggested by Yuri Shramenko. Also, I will recommend this new article by Yuri: http://www.timingsolution.com/TS/Articles/Yuri_DT/index.htm
